EL MOLCAJETEJuicy grilled steak, sausage, marinated chicken and shrimp, accompanied with avocado, tomatoes, nopales (cactus), onions, banana peppers and cilantro. Served in a traditional molcajete stone, with a mildly spicy tomato sauce, with rice and beans. Accompanied with your choice of tortillas: corn or flour.
PIÑA AZTECA SCALLOPSDelight yourself in grilled scallops with pineapple, bell pepper and onions marinated with Lorena’s secret recipe sauce. Served with rice and beans.
CHORIPOLLOPerfectly grilled chicken breast with chorizo, covered with melted cheese. Served with rice, beans, lettuce and pico de gallo. Includes your choice oftortillas: flour or corn.
MEXICAN BURRITOMeat, wrapped inside of a warm large flour tortilla, filled with rice and beans. Served with guacamole, sour cream and another portion of rice and beans. Sautéed with bell peppers and onions. Topped with three delicious sauces: verde, sour cream and Mole sauce (contains peanut).
VEGGIE QUESADILLALarge flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and veggies. Served with sour cream and guacamole, atop a bed of shredded fresh lettuce.
